All of our items are delivered as instant digital downloads. Once your purchase is completed, you’ll immediately receive access to the files. For this reason, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations — all sales are final.

When Refunds May Be Considered

While refunds are generally not possible for digital items, we do want to make sure you receive what you paid for. We may consider offering a refund or replacement in the following rare cases:
